   Can't fault the staff or the service in this chemist. Also the pharmacist is a very polite gentleman. Everyone has always been very polite and helpful.

   My wife was advised to visit a pharmacy by GP so she came to this one which is her usual pharmacy for prescription. She asked to see the pharmacist and while waiting could overhear them talking, the pharmacist was saying "what's up with her" and the complaining about people just walking in and asking to see the pharmacist and saying that they should be charging people money to see the pharmacist. Clearly this pharmacist isn't up to date on the pharmacy first schemes and is a let down to this business. They were nice as pie to her face though.

   We couldn't get into the doctors and my daughter had a nasty case of tonsillitis so they referred us to the pharmacist at Castleford Pharmacy. Fayaz (Phamarcist) called us within the 2hr call back window and saw us later on in the day. He was great with my daughter and able to prescribe the medication required.

   Excellent service and friendly / helpful staff. Good stocks, and smart/quick ordering when shortages advised. Often able to source tricky to get items that other pharmacies can't get. Used for a long time for this reason, and the late opening (with bank hatch) which was great during covid. Since the move, and due to earlier closing, I've not been able to use as much.

   Excellent this chemist has intervened on my behalf when the doctors did not understand a simple request. The girls have emailed the medicine team in the doctors practice so they can talk to someone and explain what is needed. This is well above what they needed to do and is much appreciated. I just hope they get more sense out of the doctors practice than I did. Thanks for a great service. Alan

   Best chemist I've ever used in 61 years. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Opening hours are fantastic for someone like me who works 12 hour days in a different town. Can park right outside for free out of normal shopping hours. Brilliant!

   An excellent service I'd run out of a vital med rang 111 their doctor phoned me back and I collected it it meant I'd got the tablet that helps me sleep and helps me to relax until my pharmacy opened next day i0 think their slot idea so there's no hand to hand passover of tablets is brill thanks to delta cars for waiting for me I have wonderful service off them also
