   Rubbish, bobbed in for routine issue instead of going to doctors. Pharmacy vibe he gave off couldn't be any more negative and didn't want to have a look. Drugs given did nothing. Maybe next time.

   I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy and strongly advise others to think twice before using it. The staff’s behaviour is consistently rude and unprofessional, and I’ve found them to be dishonest in their dealings. The level of customer service is shockingly poor—so much so that I believe they do not deserve even one star. My husband, who has recently returned home after a three-month stay in a mental health hospital (something the pharmacy was aware of), has been treated with utter disrespect. The staff behaved as though they were doctors, disregarding actual medical advice, and their actions have caused significant stress and even worsened his health. This is my second formal complaint, and I feel that nothing has been resolved, as the head office has been equally unhelpful. I am now taking this matter higher, as this pharmacy should not be allowed to operate in this manner. To anyone considering using this pharmacy, I recommend recording your interactions for your own protection, as the staff have a history of misrepresenting how they treat customers.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I usually collect my medication every Friday, but this week I needed to collect it a day early as I was going away. My GP issued the prescription for collection today, but when I arrived, the staff refused to give it to me, insisting I could only collect it tomorrow. When I explained my situation, I was met with rudeness and was told that they "aren't allowed" to give it to me early—which is simply not true. When I called the pharmacy to ask them to return the prescription to the NHS spine so I could collect it elsewhere, I was told that wasn’t possible and that if I insisted, I wouldn’t be able to use their pharmacy again. Eventually, after much stress and being passed around on the phone, my call was abruptly ended by a staff member. My wife called back and was told they were waiting to hear from our GP, but when I checked with the GP, they confirmed that the pharmacy had not contacted them at all. In the end, my GP had to reissue the prescription to another pharmacy, who were shocked at how I had been treated. Neither the pharmacy nor its staff offered any apology or explanation for their behavior. Overall, I found the service at Allied Pharmacy Ferrybridge to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. I have now moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy and would not recommend this one to others.

   Absolutely excellent service by everyone I’ve ever dealt with. The Pharmacist is so so helpful, especially last October when he offered me a blood pressure check. My readings were sky high, despite him taking time to reassure me, he didn’t rush, kept repeating the test and was genuinely concerned about the readings. He insisted that I went straight round to the surgery and noted the form he gave me that I needed to be attended to urgently which I was, thanks to him. My latest visit yesterday was the usual great service including a friendly chat with the Pharmacist about last October, and I thanked him again for what he did for me. Now I know they deliver, I will be getting all my medication from here.

   I phoned the pharmacy today chasing up my repeat prescription and the lady could not have been more helpful. She couldn't find my prescription but then looked via my national health number and advised me it had gone elsewhere. No idea why as I always have my prescriptions at Ferrybridge. She said she would phone the pharmacy it had gone to and asked me to call her back in 30 minutes. When I called her back she told me she had managed to get the prescription back and my tablets would be delivered this evening. Now that's what I call great customer service. Very refreshing too to deal with someone who obviously cares about her job and customers,especially after the week I've had with the rude staff at healthcare first. So nice to speak to someone polite and helpful at this pharmacy.

   Excellent pharmacy. Great little location with a good variety of small businesses nearby. Spotlessly clean and prompt, efficient and friendly service from the knowledgeable staff. I collected my prescription and have my blood pressure measured all within minutes. Highly recommended.

   Credit where Credit is due… This pharmacy has been pretty much a disaster for a very long time… especially with prescriptions.. But In the last month or so, it seems to be on the turn around… Been told a new young pharmacist has been placed and what a difference it’s made… every time I’ve ordered my prescription , I’ve got all items within the week and the text message to say there ready!!!! Never all items also which is a first and not having to go racing around to other pharmacies trying to get them… Whoever you are Welk Done and keep up the good work… Your definitely making a difference

   This place has absolutely no clue about the Data Protection Act / peoples right to privacy or confidentiality OR they do and are just outright lazy, asking people to shout out their address, medical conditions and items because they cannot be bothered to walk back to the counter. One visitor had to call them out on their right to confidentiality after being embarrassed. I am genuinely tempted to report them to their regulator. Add to that the appalling customer service so many others have mentioned and the fact there are three of them scrambling to mess up peoples scripts and seemingly only one functioning computer, meaning they can only operate as fast as their slowest person. I did, ultimately, end up getting my prescription fulfilled but I will changing pharmacy for next months. Absolute joke.

   If I could have given this place less than one star I would have done. On Friday I picked up my prescription apart from one item which they didn't have. I was asked to come back on Monday I returned on Monday to see a notice on the metal shutters that the pharmacy was closed until further notice. I called again today. While I was being dealt with, someone said the pharmacy was closing with immediate effect. In any event, they still didn't have my medication. Five years ago this was a great pharmacy. Now it's abysmal.
