Bought beef steak that smelled rotten and was clearly unsafe to eat. The packaging showed only the packing date, with no use-by or expiration date.
When I returned it, I was refused a refund and even blamed by staff. I lost almost £40. Extremely poor hygiene standards in the butcher department. I hope the authorities will fine them before someone gets seriously ill. Avoid.

They used to be amazing but I always have to double check my goods now as several times my stuff has been damaged, out of date, rotten etc. The shop is pretty big but cramped in the aisles when busy. Bakery is ok, tried some sweets and fresh bread. The bag policy still annoys me.

No correct prices are displayed. Today, I went to buy my favourite sunflower seeds tadim salted 270ge labels all over for £1.89 when to pay the Indian lady said they were £2.24. I told her they had wrong price on shelf, she seem not interested to find out and apologise was made. The shop have great things but price labels and staff need attention.

Pros - long opening hours, good variety (some times even better than others due to seasonal fruit/veg), bakery section is nice. I believe the cheese pastries are generally fresh so often pick one up. The tres leches cake is also good!
Cons - do not buy meat from the shelf without checking, I’ve noticed some as long as 3 days expired. Quite expensive overall. Always check your receipt, I’m actually not convinced that staff are always putting through the correct fruit/veg items and are instead inputting them as something more expensive. Security seems a bit over the top in my opinion.
Bit a confusion over the mangos staff handled quite poorly. You can clearly see two different sizes of mangos in 2 different packagings at different price points. I chose some smaller ones as I prefer them, but still staff were adamant the label was “wrong” (even though they weren’t out 2 days ago when I last came but hey ho) and charged me at the rate of the bigger ones and refused to double check. Made me look a prat at the till going back and forth so just paid but oh well.

You can find almost any food here.
Lots of variety from all around the world.
Very clean and organised shop.
The only negative is that the main entrance does not close so it is fairly cold inside during winter time.

Staff are rude n unhelpful. Don't bother asking for any help, you won't get it. Staff seem to think you are there to steal n seem very suspicious. I only go there as an absolute last resort. Very expensive as well. Its a shame its in a great location, nice big store. Wish it was ran better with better Staff.

I mean is nice to see some fruits and veggies that you usually do not see in other London supermarkets, the staff is not great, is rude and not well mannered. I would've put 2 stars if their staff takes a shower more often.
