I don't suggest going in. A really rude cashier served me. Definitely don't recommend it,and there's also better places to get groceries around the corner. As suggested I'm adding the time I went there: 19oct around 12/1pm, black haired cashier girl - in order for you to better coach your staff..

Never went to the shop but found these products at two great deli shops (the giddy grocer on Bermondsey St, and the De Beauvoir Deli) and immediately fell in love with the quality of the food. It’s a bit expensive , but compared to what I could spend on Deliveroo on nights where I don’t have time to cook, or supermarket cheaper prepped meals with additives, I find it great value! Nathan

Really sweet staff, so lovely to my baby every time I go. The pre prepped food is a life saviour for my husband and I - as once baby is in bed we’re so tired! I want to try it all. It’s not cheap but I’d rather buy fresh without processed chemicals (that you get in M&S for easy cooking). So it’s worth it. Love x

The Grocer on Elgin***** We come every morning to have our coffee here— it is by far the best Italian coffee shop in the neighborhood. Hidden in the back, the crowd is local-the neighbors come daily. Perfect cappuccinos and espresso. And lovely to sit outside on a sunny day next to the herbs. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very rude girl who works here. A million other places to get a coffee so why bother going to a place where they are just mean for no reason to their customers?

Nice shop but completely overpriced ! I bought some rye and wheat sourdough, it was disappointing as unfortunately they must of 'forgotten' to put any rye in the one I had !

Worst service staff think it’s acceptable to laugh at customers. The young girl with brown hair and a blonde streak was absolutely atrocious and I certainly won’t be shopping there again. Disgusting service, especially when I spend quite a lot in there every month.

Good quality food options and very clean shop. Like their bakery and sandwiches.

Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never take a picture even if there is no a photo ban sign. You may ruin your mood for a whole day after hearing aggressive words and actions from the staff who has a bald head I don't know whether the food really won at the award, but their manners were so rubbish. I don't want to go again but they seem to be very angry inside because It's hard to make a living. so if you want to help them, please go and help :)
