   I have used this pharmacy for years and never had a problem until this week. There was a mix up with a prescription given to me, and without going into too much detail I was charged twice for the eventual script I needed, as the first medication had 'left the shop'. (Unopened and obviously untampered with) Trying to rectify the problem was troublesome and the manager 'Alisha' was dismissive patronising and rude. I have made a formal complaint to Greenlife Pharma and won't be using the pharmacy again. The lady at Greenlife Pharma was extremely understanding and helpful, forwarding my concerns on. *update* I had a telephone conversation with the area manager who was very professional apologetic and empathic. Thank you for your time and understanding.

   Fantastic pharmacy, changed here after the Lloyd's one in town closed down, I was a little skeptical at first with it being a small pharmacy and not a branch thinking they wouldn't have items needed but I was wrong. Nothing is too much trouble very kind and hardworking staff who do their best to make sure prescriptions are fulfilled. Never had to wait more than 2 days for items to be ordered in. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

   This pharmacy is fantastic I collect all my families prescriptions monthly from here never have they not been waiting for me . The staff are all polite , extremely helpful, and answer all my medical questions . They are a true credit to the NHS and have worked all throughout the Covid pandemic . I truly recommend them to anyone .

   I simply cannot praise the staff at this pharmacy enough. I moved here after terrible service from another place and I can't believe the contrast. Prescriptions ready made up when I arrived, friendly staff who stop everything and serve when you come in. A tiny place but with a huge focus on customers. Since March they have been delivering my prescriptions as I've been shielding. So prompt and I thank you so much.
