I go to this chenist quite regularly for a disabled lady i care for . The staff are all really lovely and today really helped me out as needed a prescription ASAP. Thank you for this .
I've always received an excellent, professional and friendly service from all of the staff at this chemist. I've now been registered with this chemist for over 4 years now. I would recommended this chemist to anyone. If I had to compare this chemist with others in the Pontefract area, then Cohen's are clearly the best.

Fast, efficient, reliable - was not my usual chemist but visted after my chemist had an item out of stock - the staff in particular a young blonde lady behind the counter was extremely helpful in obtaining the prescription from my GP surgery. This led me to change to Cohens Northgate as my permanent pharmacist - this was 4 months ago and I've had nothing but positive experiences each time I visit - the staff team cannot do enough for you.
All my family have been using the pharmacy for many years. All the staff are very helpful and go above and beyond. Nothing is too much. I spoke with the kind, very profession pharmacist for a review and I was very happy with service she provided. Would not go anywhere else!!
Recommended this pharmacy by a practice nurse it’s not the closest to me but the surgery contacted them for additional support to help me care for my partner with dementia . Best pharmacy by far, scripts are submitted and delivered usually within a couple of days It’s so efficient and friendly. A new script was requested on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Couldn’t ask for more . Thank you

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. This is the closest pharmacy to my doctors hence using it. Prescriptions take days to fulfil, no warning of this is given. You just have to try your luck by turning up, if you’re lucky you’ll only have to wait 24 hours. They might tell you they’ll notify you if ready but this won’t actually happen. They have an abundance of staff each time I visit (I’ve counted 5/6 before) all having a nit Nat while 6 people stand waiting to be served. I were in need of anti-depressants that took days to be completed. After asking why this is they said they could release it to another pharmacy who could do it then and there, I asked why they couldn’t do it then and there but they had no reason for this and just that it’d take another 48 hours. They released it to a pharmacy just around the corner who had it ready in 5 minutes. Safe to say I will not be using them again.
Very slow service. Sometimes taking days to fill a prescription order. Unfriendly staff. Cancelled one of my prescription orders without notifying me and I ended up being without my necessary medication. Then when I called wondering where my medication was woman got an attitude with me. Switched chemist after that.
Appalling customer service, there is one woman in particular that is just down right rude to customers. I waited over a week for my prescription that should have been delivered but when I called to chase was told that they couldn't get hold of the medication and to go elsewhere. Would it had been so difficult to send me a text to say they couldn't get it? I will be going elsewhere for all my prescriptions in future.
