   I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. They took the time to explain my prescription clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. The pharmacy was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed. I was also impressed with how quickly my prescription was filled—much faster than I expected. The pharmacist offered helpful advice about dosage and possible side effects, which made me feel confident and supported. Overall, this is one of the best pharmacies I’ve visited. Highly recommended!

   Friarwood Pharmacy is excellent! The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and approachable, and the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are well organised, efficient, and always go the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and provide a personal service you don’t always get elsewhere. The pharmacy is always tidy and well stocked, and you can trust that you’ll be looked after every time you visit. Highly recommended

   Changed to a different pharmacy, my wife used to have all her prescriptions filled here. I've been looked at gone out because I am collecting her prescription for her and been questioned on it (I could understand if it was something like pain killers but what they think I would want norethisterone for I don't know). They insisted a prescription had been collected when it hadn't and she had to go back to the GP for a replacement. She used to get the prescription every 18 days, never received a full prescription always something out of stock. My son had one done last week it was sent here, 3 items, 1 was out of stock.

   1, Chequerfield circle Lloyds pharmacy My Perscription is never ready even thou they have had it 4-5 days. I’ve ran out of my medication many of time because this pharmacy never as my medication ready on time. I’ve even had to lend some medication off my friends who is on the same medication because my medication isn’t ready and I’ve ran out. My doctors told me the pharmacy should have it ready in two days but Chequerfield circle pharmacy doesn’t have it ready after four-5 days they just give me excuses all the time like theirs a back log etc.

   Third time in 8 months gone for my repeat prescription to find it shut. Due to no pharmacist present. It is an absolute disgrace must be worst chemist in Pontefract, if not in the County. I am done with them, so unreliable. Counter staff are fine but the pharmacists clearly don't care about the needs of the patients only turning in if and when it suits them

   They never answer the phone, 20 min iv been calling, not me I'm going to go down I need it now and they will be it won't be ready for an hour so I have to go home anyway, not one person could pick a phone up it's pure ignorance , manners cost nothing and a "sorry were busy can u call back in 15 min"
