   This pharmacy is incredible! Every single time I go in, the staff are friendly as owt, know what they’re on about, and actually take time to help you properly. Even with all these national shortages going on, they still explain everything clearly, ring around, check alternatives, and make sure you’re not left stuck. Can’t fault ’em for the effort they put in. Place is always organised, prescriptions are sorted quick, and the long opening hours make life a lot easier when you’re juggling work and everything else. All in all, an awesome local pharmacy that actually cares about folk. Highly recommend.

   Very good service with friendly and helpful staff. My prescriptions were handled quickly and accurately, and the pharmacy even went out of their way to sort out an alternative medication for me due to a national shortage—which I understand was completely out of their control. I really appreciated their effort and commitment to making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommended!

   Staff are friendly enough my issue is the opening times state closed at 7pm, a few times now I have turned up at 5.40pm (I work until 5.30pm) and they are closed due to staff shortages (again). I changed to this pharmacy as they closed late. Many times they have not given me all my meds and I end up having to go back and queue again.

   Most of the staff very friendly and helpful but recently had a very bad experience with Asian female staff in there. Unsure of a name. Very rude, could hear her from the back being very unprofessional. When asked to speak in private and not in the middle of the shop she behaved very rude and wasn't willing to hear me out. I only came as I was sent by my GP to get a medication over the counter. Will be making an official complaint as person like this shouldn't be working with customers and definitely not in a place where people come to get help and not being laughed at!!!
