I recently visited this shop and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming – it really made a difference. What impressed me even more is that they’re open 24 hours, which is super convenient. They had every drink I’ve ever seen in my life – from soft drinks to a huge selection of alcohol – literally every variety you could think of. On top of that, they were fully stocked with groceries too, making it a perfect one-stop shop. Highly recommend this place for its fantastic service, unbeatable variety, and around-the-clock availability. Will definitely be coming back!

A few months ago I bought a cheap mobile phone as was waiting for a replacement smart phone. The price on the box was £15 as it had no charger (I didn't need one) so I bought it, paying £20 at the till as the cashier made a big fuss about the price still being reduced from £25 the usual cost. I didn't need an argument so I paid the £20...which it said on my receipt. The phone didn't work. You couldn't be heard by anyone you called. So I took it back with my receipt, fully expecting to get my £20 back and an apology. Instead I was first told they didn't sell a £20 phone. I explained the charger situation and showed them the sticker with £15 on it. They then told me this wasn't sold in their store, and if I was returning it where was the charger etc and why if it says £15 why do I have £20 receipt etc etc. I asked to speak to the manager. He told me he was the manager. I let him know that if he was the manager he would know that I have been coming in the shop for years...usually at night .. as they sell a strong drink and its useful. I have no problem except for I was left with no phone to use and I gave them £20 for No reason, and as a customer for so many years (even though they are relatively new management maybe 5/6 years they have been there) as I was far from rude, discreet when telling them the phone was faulty, and only wanted a refund which is my rights seeing as they sold me a faulty device (nothing to do with lack of charger..or the phone not charging). So ...they have lost a regular customer (in fact a few because I told my family & other people how they treated me and how they were laughing about the fact I wanted a refund, talking in their language and making me feel like a fool for buying from there in the first place. Don't usually write reviews but whilst browsing, wondering which shop on Salusbury road a recent card transaction had come from, stumbled onto this page, so thought I would let people know that their 'customer service' is non existent, and I would suggest Not to buy anything that potentially may be in need of a refund, as you will get no acknowledgement of their wrongdoing, and be treated like a liar, as of you would go through ALL that palaver just to get £20 for free! Shame they were always so nice in there before....

I bought a few things for me and my housemate as this was the only store open late and we needed a few bits. I asked for a receipt so we could square the cash when I got back and was given the card receipt. Explained I needed the itemised one so was given that instead. I should've checked it there and then: when I got home we saw that two items, each £1.99, had been ran through twice extra, meaning I was overcharged by nearly £4. I live 25 minute walk away, so I'm not exactly going back at 1am. Whether this was an accident or deliberate I don't know, but check your receipts just in case! Update a year later: I went in very late on Saturday 24th February and bought a couple of Dead Pony Club beers along with a couple of other things (the latter were fine). Just opened one of the beers tonight (2 nights later) and it tasted awful. Checked the date under the can and was best before 2022. It's 2024 now. Both cans are the same, and there wasn't anything to say they were out of date nor a reduced price (I wouldn't have bought them if I knew anyway). Please folks, check everything, including receipts and dates! I'm suspicious of the positive reviews tbh. (For the record, I never did bother going in over the last issue btw, but I wasn't lying and I double checked everything; I knew what I'd bought and spotted that I'd been charged for two of the items twice each. I didn't just leave two on the counter as I wasn't buying that many in the first place and only brought two to the counter. A very sketchy response.)

Avoid at all costs. I bought a "dlux bar" for £14 and it stopped working completely. I had barely toked it so it couldn't have finished. I went back to the shop within 24 hours and they refused to do anything about the faulty unit. I asked for a replacement unit as it had gone faulty and they offered to resell me one £10.99. I would avoid - I won't be buying any vapes from there again. They can't be trusted.
