Overcharged me for something that didn’t have a displayed price, but I didn’t have the time to argue with him. The purchase also shows up on my card as a random Whetherspoons in Salisbury. Pretty shady. Pretty funny.
Best local shop with variety in Queen’s Park I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Super expensive! Fruits and veggies are rotting. 150g of corned beef for nearly £5, 10eggs for nearly £5, tomato is 70p/piece. Ridiculous!
Very unprofessional and extremely rude staff member. I politely called to query a charge I believed was an overpayment. The price charged didn’t add up properly. The person at the till shouted down the phone before hanging up on me. Very bad customer service and overpriced items. All customers should ask for and check their receipts as there are no prices displayed on the shelves either.
This morning, I went to a shop and had an unpleasant experience. When I entered, I greeted an employee who responded but was hidden behind some merchandise. I asked for a match, and he gave me one that was torn and unusable. When I requested a replacement, he gave me another one that was just as bad. I informed him that I would pay with cash. He replied that, of course, you have to and also said do not make a headache for 50p. When I tried to explain that I was a customer and deserved better service, he cut me off and told me not to lecture him. He then banned me from the shop and said that he didn't need my advice. I left the shop feeling frustrated and disappointed. I think this shop should be inspected by an officer soon. I will try to report it at least.
