Really one of the wrost customer service in golders green. So rude and unfriendly assistants and some chocolates are like past dates.
The team here are always so kind and willing to help and always smiling. The staff, especially Deep, are always so sweet with my son and make him feel so welcome, and the team work long hours.
I never leave a review but I’m actually very angry. I was accused of shoplifting by a balding security guard when I wasn’t, he was leaning over my shoulder and when I asked him why he was doing this, he shouted at me and called me “dodgy” when I was paying for 3 items that cost under £5. He didn’t even give me a chance to scan the item before accusing me of shoplifting. Shouting at me and calling his supervisor. This is unacceptable. I believe he’s racially profiling black people and the fact that he said I “looked dodgy” is a gross cause for concern.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Tesco Golders Green. I went in with 10 minutes still left before closing, and a staff member (a heavy-set man with long hair and a beard) rudely told me the counter was already closed and refused to let me purchase anything. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. If the store is open, customers should be allowed to buy until the stated closing time. Otherwise, change your hours! Staff like this damage Tesco’s reputation — this person is clearly not capable of offering basic customer service. Very poor experience. Won’t be returning to this branch. I suggest people to don’t visit this place
Convenient local supermarket with plenty of pay by phone parking directly outside but my only gripe would be that they never seem to have many (or any) fresh salad items like lettuce or cucumber
I bought a pack of jam doughnuts, the one from the bakery. The label says JAM but inside it's CUSTARD! I'm lactose intolerant and my daughter is allergic to milk, luckily I realised. That's very dangerous
A small supermarket with a large selection of products. There are kosher products suitable for the neighborhood. There are refrigerators with many dairy products and a bakery with different types of bread and pita bread. You can take boxes of ready-to-eat sushi. There are cleaning products, toiletries and more.
The store is located on the High Street, parking can be difficult. Several self service checkouts for quick stop. Store has most items that you need, fresh produce and fruit. Good selection of refrigerated essentials.
Worst Tesco you can find.. always empty and they never stock it up with products , rude staff and security..
