   There are two Coop shops within 100 meters of each other, one in Baker Street St and this one on Park Road. This shop is always dirty, things missing on the shelves, trolleys filled with goods always on the shop floor whenever you visit throughout the day, and in general not a nice place to shop! The manager just needs to go visit the other Coop in Baker Street and learn how to run its shop.

   Quality of salad and leafy vegetables often very poor and spoiled before Use by date because shelves are overloaded and packaging are all squashed into each other.

   A good size local Co-op store that has pretty much all the essentials. From fresh fruits and vegetables to bread and bakery you can find a lot of essential products like water, milk, yogurt, eggs, and more. There is also a frozen section, too. It used to be cheaper pre-pandemic, but now prices are similar to Sainsbury. An ATM machine is located right outside the shop.

   Since they've changed the staff, it's been rubbish, no stock, bakeries out late in the morning. I refuse to use the coop in Winslow. Poor customer service.

   Some things to be improved would be, having individual 1.5L bottles of water available, not just in packs. More vegetarian options in the meal deal. Having a self-service checkout to avoid having to wait for staff to come.

   Overcharged! I just visited store and had few issues with redeeming my savings vouchers. That was attended to BUT as I got home and started to enter my purchases on my spreadsheet (don't ask!), I've noticed that I was overcharged by £2.35 for a purchase of Ex Wht Bottle SF. I bought only one but was charged twice. The problem here is, if I went back who'd believe that I have not lied about this. So, my posting is to ensure that person who served me (0034, till 3, at 11:29) needs to be more careful how she scans items. There was no other people waiting so no need for errors. Also, being on the shop floor and less chating in the back please.
