Poor service, arrived at 14:30 and was told my room was ready but I couldn't have it until 3pm unless I paid the £15 early check in! I again asked "is the room ready?" To which the lady's reply was yes but it's procedure to charge £15 for early check in. I could understand if I'd arrived at 10am but I was 30 minutes early after a 3 hour drive... I then asked if I could use the toilet, the reply was "You will have to use the pub over the road" (Brewers fayre) I understand procedure but this is ridiculous, I am a business account user with 20 members of staff using Premier Inn. I may have to rethink this if this is how they treat loyal customers who put thousands through their account each week! Sort it out Premier Inn.

Terrible Wi-Fi. Floors are thin got woken up by footsteps every morning. Cant open windows for fresh air. Air con was awful. No staff on reception in the morning. Not worth £100 a night. Much better options out there. No loyalty pints scheme. Premier inn = overrated and over priced

Bad experience, we stayed 2 night in this hotel on level 3 Rm311, first night was fine but second night there was banging sound from the ceiling inside since 2 :00am, i tried to switch off the A/C, the banging sound still there, i spoke to the receptionist about that noise, he said they received few time of complaints about this noise from other customers before and he don’t have any spare room can change for us. I have a video to record this terrible experience but just only photo can be uploaded in this website. Very terrible

Stayed at this hotel as it was just outside Liverpool and we were going to a football match. What can I say other than the staff were amazing especially Dee and Sue nothing too much trouble for any of them. The room was spacious and clean you really couldn't ask for anything more in a hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Great budget hotel, room was big, with added touches like extra pillows, had spare mattress under bed and chaise lounge, ideal if you want to kick your partner out of bed for snoring, they will have something to sleep on!. Bathroom was good with bath and a shower inside. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great Brewers fayre opposite hotel where you get great all you can eT buffet breakfast, delicious lunch and dinner meals and good selection of drinks. Hotel caters for everyone and I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful overnight stay whilst visiting family. Had 2 rooms, one of which was a spotless Disabled room perfectly set up for our wheelchair user. .Edina the receptionist was super nice and incredibly helpful in looking after us , arranging Taxis etc and helping when one of our family had a small accident in the nearby car park! Looking forward to staying gain next year.

Stayed here as our daughter held her wedding reception at Halton Stadium. Excellent location. Always confident that at a Premier you get a warm friendly welcome, rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Only wish they left more tea/coffee/milk and sugar in the room.

It's clean and have good employees. But the bathroom has a bathtub and it is very difficult to take shower there. Also every guest should be informed that the windows are permanently closed. Next to the hote is the restaurant if you want to eat. Very nice location. If the windows can be open and the bathroom is more efficient I could give 5 stars. Regards
