I love this store. My family love it too. I always look forward to my trips here. This place has everything you need for your weekly shop and is open very late. Going inside is an experience I love to do. The staff are very caring and welcoming and go out of their way to provide superb customer service. My family love spending hours discovering new well priced things on the aisles here. I try to visit once a week but it is often that I end up coming three or four times as they just have everything inside. As they once told me “if we don’t stock it then it is not worth having” and i fully agree. They take all forms of payment and the friendly caring manner of all staff makes me miss them all as soon as I have walked out. They also have a brilliant parcel service here which is always thriving and it is much much better than the slow dirty limited hours post office down the road. This store truly is a shoppers paradise!

The woman inside is incredibly rude and I never write reviews. I was using the evri machine to print a label I had already paid for, apparently I pressed the wrong button and the label just got stuck in the machine, all she had to do was open it and get the label out. I wasn’t rude at all and she was shouting at me so I took my parcel and left. She says she’s getting lots of bad reviews for this reason but shouted at me for no reason.. she shouldn’t be working there if she treats people like that. If I was rude then that’s fine, but I was polite as the machines get stuck all the time. She lectured me about how it’s a £3000 machine, all she had to do was open it to get the label out but wasn’t letting me talk. I was shocked. Maybe don’t be so rude to customers if you don’t want such awful reviews.

I don’t usually write reviews- I totally should’ve read the reviews before coming here. Sadly the coop is closing so I chose this location for my parcel drop off instead. From the moment I walked in the female shopkeeper was incredibly rude and aggressive. Then threatened to throw my parcel in the bin when I put down the parcel without the label attached yet. You’re better off going elsewhere or not using evri at all.

I should have read the reviews before attempting to take my parcel here to return. Rudest shopkeeper ever said I can print the label but it won't be sent until the following day, which was fine with me. When I took it to him to scan he refused to accept it, told me to come back in the morning. Luckily there is another parcel shop nearby which I took it to instead and they accepted it without issue. Definitely won't come here again.

I have tried to return an Evri parcel. A few days ago the printer was not working and today, even though the printer had been fixed, the assisstant refused to take my parcel because he said "we are not accepting any parcel until Monday". I'm traveling abroad for one week, and when I'm back I'll start using other place to return parcel as this is not the first time that I've issues like this in this shop.

Aggressive, violent and vulgar behaviour from the male staff. This place is empty for a reason. A very very disgusting place avoid at all cost. Go to Co-Op - at least you’ll be a in a more civilised place.

I never write reviews but I have just gone to the shop and I have been treated with so much disrespect by a young man. In my entire life I have never been treated with so much agressivity and rudeness from someone. The man should not be working in a shop, he is very antagonising and uses a very aggressive tone of voice. On top if it this shop has lost one of my parcel and completely refuse to do anything about it. They ask you to put your own parcel at the back of the shop which mean anyone can help themselves to parcels. I shall never use that shop again until they sort out their staff. And looking at the reviews I am not the first customer having an issue about the lack of respect from the shop.

I’ve dropped and collected Evri parcels here. At drop off, I had to go into the storage area at the back to put the parcels away myself and it wasn’t clear that they were in the right place. At collection, I had to go through a big bag of 35-40 parcels before finding my own, and then had to refill the bag of parcels. Suggested to guy at desk that they could clear a shelf of stock to place parcels out. He wasn’t interested and said “I only work a day or two a week here”. Will use co-op from now on.

Cashier lady with black hair in a ponytail who was serving customers seemed grumpy and when I sent my evri parcel 04/10/22 in the afternoon, she forged my signature without asking me to type in my name, surname and signature (so she can get the job done quicker on her evri device) She also pointed me in the direction to the back of the shop to drop my parcels- this is not what customers are obliged to do. Appalling service, I definitely won’t be dropping parcels here anymore.
