   What the hell is going on in this shop ? The cashier in the morning is so rude and disrespectful to the customers I was shocked to see such a bad behaviour and they still want people to come and buy in their shop ???? I give them so many chances but it’s always the same!!! angry and toxic is the main menu of the day for this guys !

   Disgusting place to shop. The staff are so rude and horrible I wish this shop would close sooner than ever . They are never welcome not even a HELLO and who speak of a smile what you get is only a feeling that you are disturbing them and they are just waiting to finishing serving you and you to be out of here . Always suspecting everyone as a stealer . They never believe the customer like how many oranges are in the bag and if you are going out without buying they will put eyes all over you like it's sure you stole something.after all that I'm never interested to buy over there and always happy when I see this shop empty from customers so it will be less human suffering. This shop should be the last option for shopping.

   The shop keeps giving! Great quality and variety of foods! Great bakery! Cold room keeping veg and dairy fresh. Good snack options! Even has a butcher and can pick up kitchen essentials at the back!

   Happy friendly staff although they always seem to be unsure of the price of products when customers are a little under the influence, they seem to push the price up in the hope of not being called out on it! I have decided not to return to said establishment because of this.. and I'm not the only person who has noticed.

   Really nice shop with a big variation of products, frequently go to buy a cheese there that I can't find in others shops, they have decent prices for the fruit and vegetables, the only thing bad thing it's one of the lady's there as she is a bit rude but apart from that really nice shop

   I have visited here lots of times since it opened and on all occasions I have had a very poor experience with the female woman on the tills when she is working (shoulder length dark brown hair, mid 30’s). She is very rude and made me feel uncomfortable, speaking Turkish to another woman and laughing after I asked her a question, she replied very rudely with just a “NO”? I gave them another chance, and visited again but she was still rude. Not even a simple smile or hello and very abrupt and unfriendly in her presence. The men that work there are very friendly, and the shop is wonderful, I don’t think the woman on the tills should be working in customer service or retail as she has now caused them to lose a regular customer as she just makes going there uncomfortable and a horrible experience.
