   Wow! What a nursery! We have never been so pleased with a setting. First Steps Nursery Cranes Park Road is one of the best nurseries I have ever come across. From working in settings before I was very cautious of what to look for and safe to say on the show round these ladies delivered, not a box unticked. Not only was the standard set so high the ladies have kept that standard up through the time our little one has attended. Nothing is ever too much of an ask and the bond our little one has with all of the staff is amazing. The staff care for the children as if they were their own and create such great ideas to help them learn and develop at their own pace. The ladies are not there just for the little ones either, there’s been times where I have struggled and worried and my goodness I’ve never felt so comforted. These ladies really do care and it shows through by how our little one is exceeding in most areas of her age within the curriculum. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Thank you ladies for all the hard work and dedication you put into everything. True stars and honestly believe you should be outstanding in OFSTED. Keep up the amazing work!

   Our daughter has been going to this nursery for nearly 2 years now and we cannot fault it! All of the staff are amazing and care for every single child. I will be very sad when our daughter has to leave this nursery! Her development is also amazing which is down to the staff at First Steps! Thank you to every single one of you for the time and effort you take for all the children and especially our daughter! Always 5 stars!
