Rude staff shop always smells of sweat and body odour. Staff are always eating biscuits and sandwiches all over half done peescriptions. Awful practice and well below the set standards. Has been reported to trading standards as of 2.9.19

I AM RELUCTANT TO GIVE THIS PHARMACY EVEN 1 STAR. THERE HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHARMACY SINCE IT OPENED, NOT REALLY SERIOUS UNTIIL NOW MARCH & APRIL OF 2018. I AM ASTHMATIC AND USE A FOSTAIR SPRAY, I KNEW I HAD ASKED FOR A NEW ONE AND IT NEVER ARRIVED. SPOKE TO STAFF AND IT DULY ARRIVED. IT HAD BEEN SAT IN THEIR FRIDGE FOR TWO WEEKS. I ASKED FOR MY INSULIN, ON DELIVERY ONLY 1 ARRIVED. PACK 2 WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 9TH APRIL, HAVING BEEN SAT IN THEIR FRIDGE SINCE 29TH MARCH. LUCKILY I KEEP GOOD SUPPLIES IN MY FRIDGE. THIS PHARMACY IS NOW TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS. ONLY 2 MEMBERS OF STAFF HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE. THIS SET-UP NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED AND IMPROVED OR SHUT DOWN.
Worst place ever I have called 48 times and not once have they answered JOKE, leaving my 85year old grandmother without her tablets for 3 WEEKS!!!!
