All the staff waste your time, delay your prescriptions, even lie about not having been given prescriptions by the surgery. Very unreliable and dishonest, not trustworthy at all, I have had the worst experiences waiting around for our prescriptions. Do not take your prescriptions there!
Been ringing this pharmacy for 2 hrs now...26 times!!...no one can be bothered to answer the phone.....lucky its not an emergency... Absolute disgrace.....and don't come with were busy...or were short staffed...not my problem....you are not keeping up to a service you are expected to......2 hrs!....not professional at all....
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! I know its in the health centre but do not just these with a paperclip let alone your medication! I spoke to someone on Friday about my moms medication that has now running out, I was told delivery will be Tuesday (today) as my mom still had enough until today I decided to have them deliver it, I specifically told them to deliver it unless someone can collect it before them, and she repeated this info back to me multiple times, saying she's noted this down. Call them today and apparently she noted that it will be collected, there is no driver to deliver it now, and worst of all THEY CANT EVEN FIND THE MEDICATION! THEY HAVE LOST MY MOMS MEDICATION, IN A PHARMACY THE SIZE OF A BABIES SHOE BOX! IM YET TO GET A CALL BACK ABOUT IF THEY HAVE FOUND IT OR NOT, IVE BEEN WAITING FOR NEARLY AN HOUR NOW!
Absolutely useless, given a weeks notice to have my prescription ready but still isn't done. Tried ringing but as usual they don't bother answering, website says they're open good Friday so went to see if prescription was ready but they were closed. No timetable on door to say when they are open. To say they have quite a few people working there they still take 20 minutes to get your prescription ready. Place is going backwards instead of improving whoever owns this place needs to bring someone in to sort it out.
Abysmal. Prescriptions rarely ready, even if script taken in a week before. No dedicated counter staff. Massive queues and long waits while you feel ignored. So many fed-up people queueing every time I go in
Handy for the G.P. Surgery but Avoid ! take time to find alternative. I gave them a 2 year trial and gave them respect. In return - prescription never ready in advance, ALWAYS short of items, rude staff who literally keep you waiting sometimes over 20 - 30 mins. Sitting waiting I heard over and over again staff saying "out of stock", " WHY CUSTOMERS KEEP GOING I DO NOT KNOW. This management need to think about customer service and loyalty
My partner and I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and am here regularly, we have always had great service from them. They had a refit recently and the staff were thrown into a building-site nightmare, but they couldn’t close while it was being done because they are contracted by the nhs to stay open no matter what! I couldn’t imagine trying to work in the conditions these poor guys had to and yet they managed it with Grace while being shouted at daily by customers who couldn’t understand they were doing the best they could with what they had. Caroline the pharmacist is lovely; very efficient and polite, Annettee and the other ladies I deal with regularly are all great and always go out of their way to ensure I have a smooth visit. They are compassionate and helpful, never miserable and I have no problem recommending this pharmacy. To the other people leaving bad reviews for the last couple of months: I appreciate it can be frustrating when a pharmacy doesn’t have your medication in or you have to wait but these guys are still people and are doing their best. Don’t forget; they are the main pharmacy for the walk-in and the doctors, not just some little independent and they are still trying to pick up the pieces after what was (in my opinion) an appalling refit-so blame the contractors! Keep your chin up ladies - I appreciate you!
Lovely brand new pharmacy! I know they’ve had a few issues recently during their refit but that’s understandable. It’s such a very busy pharmacy but they’ve always gone out of their way for me. Chin up ladies and keep working hard in there. The place is starting to look great now!
I suspect this pharmacy is a victim of their own success with all doctors signing their patients up as nominated pharmacy. Constantly depleted stock, stock out of stock, asked to return the following day only to be told the delivery hasn't turned up, 30 minute wait time to even speak to anyone. I went to Boots, got seen within 30 seconds and dispensed within 2 minutes, needless to say I've changed my nominated pharmacy to Boots now.
