Excellent service and got an out of hours phone call form the doctors at the Windsor House group practice as they referred me as such saying my issue was something I couldn’t get over the counter. And getting the prescription the next day is amazing.
Says it opens at 8:30 been stood there since 8.30 hadnt opened for 15 minutes until I got bored of waiting at had to go to work. This has happened multiple times. If google is wrong and the pharmacy doesn’t open at 8:30 then it needs changing but the doors to pharmacy also says 8:30. What’s happening?
An excellent, above and beyond service provided. Having being prescribed strong pain killers and unable to drive to collect. I rang the pharmacy and asked if the medication could be delivered today. This was at 3.30 pm and the delivery driver was out on his last rounds and finished at 4 pm. The pharmacy said he would be back around 4 and would ask if he would deliver for me. 4.15 pm my much needed medication arrived. A truly above and beyond piece of customer service. Sincere thanks to all involved.
Used this pharmacy for years but now will be no longer using it. Twice my medication has been short and both times they have denied it was their error. Not acceptable. I would urge customers to check their medication amount!!!!
Not a great review sadly, each time i have had to use this pharmacy the item i have been prescribed for my son is never in stock. The same happened today, after being told an item my son would be prescribed would be ready by 4pm, i called the pharmacy who then told me then could no longer get it. Leaving me having to urgently call round other pharmacies whilst my youngest was still without the meds he required. Will try and avoid this pharmacy in the future.
So far this lot has left me without heart medication on two occasions and actually blamed the GP when it turned out to be "in the wrong basket", and this weekend left me without my pain relief. Well done you useless bags of yes you guessed it. I will be going elsewhere.

Great pharmacy. Friendly staff and only a short wait if you are waiting for your prescription.
