These guys are great and easy to deal with. Never been a problem for me. The ridiculous 1 star reviews reveal more about the complainant than the shop.

The staff shop was so rude when collecting my parcel. I usually use them to shop, on my way home from work (even buying £20 worth of their speciality meat last week). But after the experience this weekend I will never ever use this shop again. It's the weekend so I am not in a suit, the staff were dismissive and a total stranger stood by me to assist. I appreciate the young man who heard the exchange and helped. But if this is the way the staff serve people, I will never spend my money here again. It was so upsetting to know that people can be so rude without justification and cause.
Loads of goodness outside and inside this store. Fruits /veg of all culture, brilliant selection of cold meats and spices, has it all, bit sadly the staff don't believe in manners, ie. please/thanks, not all at helpful when you're looking for a particular item,they don't reply, simply ignore you,like you sint there, the only reason, people come back, so they tell me, is the variety. But out of 100 people who shopped on sane days as I, had sane opinion, lovely store,but let down by cold ,unfriendly and very unhelpful staff. A smile costs nothing,please and thanks go a long way to improve service, but this hasn't changed on any occasion I've visited. Shame the staff don't like serving customers, don't smile or speak, may as well become AI store in that department, but great selection of goods is its only saving grace . Common deceny is a nice touch in ANY business. Thank you

Really good for most things but narrow Isles and it gets a bit cramped if there are a few people in there. Good selection of food stuffs though.
They sell fake Evian mineral water, I cannot believe, I bought fake water in the UK :))) I have been familiar with drinking Evian water, and I definely know how taste are they. When I drink the one I bought from Bereket, I realized it's fake instantly, the taste was horrible, it's like tap water. And then, I compared with the one I bought from Waitrose. It's alsolutely different! Stop selling fake items!
Turkish local supermarket. Excellent range of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as baked goods at a reasonable price. It is a very local store which pretty much has everything on offer, it is a good shop away from the corporate stores. Open early and closes late.
Large variety of items. However check the dates as they sell out of date stuff. Even drinks. They knowingly sell it as I pointed out and they took off shelve. But next day it's back on. Will report to trading standards. Otherwise they're very good late night open to and have so much things. Guy on phone ( I think it's the owner) is very rude when he picks up phone and ask if they have any products. Learn some customer service
