Nice circular walk on well-maintained paths. Even in wet weather, the paths were pretty dry. Nice little waterfall in an added attraction.

The building, i believe, is not open to the general pubic but luckily for me, i work for the company that maintains it, so I got to see inside and how grand it is pictures speak for themselves it's grade 2 listed and has links with Agatha christie and also prince albert is rumourd to have stayed the night here on a visit to Manchester to open a gallery
Peaceful and relaxing, even if on the small size. But its a lovely place to visit if you happen to have a spare hour in the evening and wanted to have a walk locally, without having to drive far
Abney Hall Park is 213 acres of mature trees, grasslands, and wetlands. It became a Nature Reserve in June 2005 and features a waterfall, wooden sculptures, a cafe, and a free car park. The park is well-maintained, and it's clear that a lot of effort has gone into making it a pleasant space for visitors. One thing to keep in mind is that the park is close to a busy motorway, so there is some background noise in certain areas. While this might not be ideal for those seeking complete tranquility, the park still offers plenty of natural beauty and is a great spot for a walk.
Nice compact nature park with paths forming a few circular walks. A few ponds and a small stream running through. Cafe near the car park. Wheelchair accessible path from the cafe to 'Roscoe's roundabout'. A few non wheel friendly paths criss crossing too. Popular for dog walking.

Really nice park with a good cafe plenty of seating dotted around, a large pond with ducks and geese and an impressive hall too. It really is a great way to while away some spare time.
Abney Hall Park is so lovely, it's on our doorstep so such a nice way to break away from city life. It connects so well to the Mersey and can link it many walks and parks. This one has good parking, cafe, waterfall, fantastic woodlands, and accessible walkways. It can be tricky with a buggy or chair to get around the whole park but most pathways are accessible. The Hall is beautiful, look out for the Gargoyles but you cannot go inside. Other than this, is perfect for a short stroll with the family and dogs.
