    Very poor customer service. I asked for an Oyster card and had no idea about their payment method. The staff member was extremely rude, telling me to ‘listen first’ in a disrespectful tone. He didn’t explain anything about the card or the process—instead, he was busy on his phone while responding to me. I strongly advise the local community to avoid this place. If you’re buying any Oyster card, there’s another shop in the same row in 100 meters. They’re more respectful and polite response. I bought from them only.

    I asked if he had something for twenty p shop owner starts calling me poor and tries making fun of me and also tells me I cannot view the back of the shop. If the guy can't control a shop why does he one one.

    Overpriced, and generally the worst customer service ever! Telling of school children for carrying bags! WHAT THE FREAKING HELL IS THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I was insulted for not buying anything from their shop although their shop is an embarrassing mess of items and shelves. I honestly would find enjoyment in watching the store set alight because of their lack of mutual respect. Negative stars!
