   Worst experience! Firstly, the order was delivered to a wrong address and nothing was done about it. Refund was also denied., the staff on live chat was rude and unhelpful. I had to go searching for it at the delivered address and drag it home myself (package weighed more than 15 kgs). Then I found that some items were missing. I requested a refund and I never received it. Completely unreliable and dishonest brand.

   Basically, it is an Indian shop. Mostly Indian shoppers visit here to get all the things of Indian origin which they cannot get at any shop. So we can say it is specifically for them. All Indian spices, snacks , beauty products are available here. However as an Indian I can say all products are over rated, highly priced. As far as customer service is concerned the staff has not even basic etiquettes how to deal with customer, they are arrogant and rude . I am not writing this review just after paying one visit, it is even after my fifth visit I found them same in behaviour.

   Delivery slated for Tuesday, received items on Wednesday afternoon. No updates shared re delay. Some of thr frozen items had thawed (despite the cold packs and insulation). The amount of plastic used is ridiculous. Won't be using them again
