    One staff is nice, however the staff with glasses he's really deaf and blind. First we asked him to top up 3.50 he tops up 2.50. Second time a pineapple juice cost 69p we gave 1.10 expecting change. He claimed 70p was given, instead of checking cctv he told us we're not allowed in the shop. The whole time he was on his phone and didn't even see the change given.

    Went today to drop off my 2x shoe parcels and guy refused and told me he not accept my parcel. shocking its small box of shoe and he told me he refused so many people everyday and he show me he only accept small parcel and show me one exp parcel of watch size parcel. I told him to not offer drop off and this is big inconvenience for the people who travel to drop off.even i offer him to buy first but he still refused... absolutely nonsense business practice and can't believe this is happening here in UK.. very disappointed

    Update: A new member of staff is just painfully rude and unhelpful. A family-run convenience store opening as early as 6:00. It also serves as a DPD parcel shop, offers MoneyGram and PayPoint services, plus you can withdraw up to £50 free of charge at the counter. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they sell the best-quality eggs far and wide.
