   My child has been going to this nursery now for almost a year and it’s been brilliant, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. His key worker is so lovely and gives multiple updates on his progression throughout the year, he also gets sent home with a little update on his day when he’s in which is a nice touch. Management has always been polite and helpful in my experience. There’s often things going on like they had the local fire service there talking to the kids the other week. So far since joining the nursery my child has really grown in confidence, learnt a lot and made some really great connections with the staff in his room, who I can not praise enough

   Staff were lovely and great with my children, however management can come across very rude and condescending, management have also said personal things regarding my daughter outside the building, infront of all other parents which it was very unprofessional. Please bare in mind if you are a little late you will be charged heavily even if you ring to explain you are running late, not ideal for busy single mums. The pathway outside this building has needed work for some time, it certainly poses a risk to young nursery age children as it did to my 2 year old daughter, she had tripped on the uneven pavement right outside the front of the building, the nursery told me to go to the council to complain which I did, however the front of the nursery leads straight across to their own carpark for the building, now 7 years on this pavement has got much worse, for the money they are making in this buisiness this should have been a priority for them to get sorted by themselves or/either by the council as the children's safety should come first even if that is outside of the building. Lastly me and my family members had realised that if you are running late, rather than call your emergency contact straight away, they will often leave it for 20/30mins, we realised this was to simply push the late fees up, which can become very pricey. I hope this has helped, you don't need to avoid, as I said staff are lovely and great with the children, however please just be aware of some of these issues so you don't get caught out too.

   This nursery is not very good and the staff are not helpful I have collected my child 12 minutes late get £15 charge for the first time and I'm new in this erea so they should give advice first time they made me very upset...
