   I am in there most days helping out my friends there is good service And also with parcels Amazon delivers but does not collect by return It is Amazon decision not to accept returns not happy shopper But I'm sure any dissatisfied customer should speak to owner he is very approachable and considerate.all parcels are kept for seven days However there are occasions a parcel is recalled earlier which has nothing to do with shop but delivery company or sender. There will always be polite smile but staff are human and don't deserve abuse please respect Staff if you have problem and boss or his wife not in shop you should leave contact no request he contact you

   The staff are friendly enough, but their organisation around parcel drop off and collection is chaotic at best. They struggle to locate parcels that have been delivered there, and if you want to drop them off you go to the back of the queue everytime someone else walks through the door regardless of how long you've been waiting.

   Not so happy if you want to return an Amazon parcel. Despite what the Amazon website says you can collect but not return a parcel here. Really annoying when you have returned on line and have a code to take to this shop. Staff just wave a note at you when you try and return. Would be more helpful if they contacted Amazon and removed their name.

   Went into the store to send a parcel, sign on the outside clearly states that if the shop is open, then the post office is open. Asked the man behind the counter (believe his name was shunun or something?) And he said no it's closed. When I said that they closed at 10 he told me no he's cashing up and then ignored me when I asked why. Extremely rude customer service.
