Awful! So rude and useless. I paid good money to have my parcels sent there several times and each time they cannot even be bothered to look for it and suggest that you wade through other peoples parcels to find it! Took half an hour to find my parcel as itβs so disorganised in there. I could have stolen someone elseβs and they wouldnβt have cared less. Avoid!!!

Nice people who have always been friendly to me because I am friendly to them. One of these reviews talks about an incident where they werenβt given their parcel and everyone else served first, missing a lot of information. For example, the fact the lady behind the till was being ganged up on by customers and school children. Being sworn at and harassed, I donβt blame her for not serving anyone. The main customer doing the shouting and swearing was saying βThey are all rudeββ¦ insinuating that the people that work there are rude because of their race. Have always collected my parcels from them and will continue.

DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PARCELS FROM HERE! Waited 40 minutes as the checkout lady created her own rules and not serving first come first customers. After refusing to move from the queque to collect my parcel (as I was first in line) I was asked to move aside as she served 10 people behind me first. She refused to serve anybody for 40 minutes. CLOSE DOWN YOUR PARCEL SERVICES.

I have just deleted my review on candy box supermarket. 7 days after handing over my parcel to be collected by UPS. I return to the shop to see my parcel still thrown on the floor along with five other parcels for UPS collection. When I initially took the parcel to the store, the gentleman who was serving me was having problems scanning the ticket. I naturally thought it could be something I had done wrong. The reason he couldn't scan the ticket was because he didn't have a UPS scanning machine. The reason he didn't have a UPS scanning machine is because the delivery company had severed all ties with candy box supermarket. They no longer had the right to take parcels for UPS collection. A fraudulent action knowingly taking property of people when they had no right to do so. 7 days my parcel was on the floor of the shop. The manager was not available last night to speak face-to-face about the problem. The shop assistant who was on his phone didn't quite get the gist of the problem but on phoning his manager, he stated that UPS had been called time and time again to collect these parcels which was obviously a fictitious lie. So in summing up the situation, I would seriously consider using this establishment. Once trust has been broken it can never be fixed. They can not be trusted.
