   I have moved into the Ilford \ Gants hill area recently, as on my way to Valentines park for a run i saw the shop (Where 2 Save) and wanted to have a look around from curiosity and i am so glad i went in. This shop is amazing has all the food range from A TO Z. The main reason why i wanted to give a review for this supermarket is for the gesture they gave me. I wanted to grab a bottle of water and cereal bar, upon arriving to the till i realised that i have left my wallet at home and had no sort of funds to be able to make a payment. The lovely gentlemen on the till saw my frustration and put the items in a bag and told me not to worry about it, i was speechless. Long story short is that im glad we still have people and businesses like this, im sure i wouldnt of had the same gesture from big stores. I can assure that you guys now have a new loyal customer :) keep up the good work and im looking forward to see you guys again soon.

   I have come here since I was year 7 and the staff see me as family. I am year 11 now and every single day I come they greet me and always allow me to help around when I ask. The staff is absolutely amazing and should be given the respect they deserve

   One of the best shops I know. I can get my big bag of crisps for 99p. This shop got me through my GCSEs, if i didn’t get my energy drinks from there i probably would have failed everything. Bossman is chill, everyone else is also chill.

   This place used to be good before! When visited all times . food quality dropped significantly. I believe the staffs dont care anymore ! This was our favourite place! Last week I got some staff including bread and pickles. I had some visitors .when I open the naan Bread on of them was mouldy and pickles wasn't fresh it mean expire and funny test

   Where 2 Save is truly a hidden gem in Gants Hill ! This cash & carry shop has EVERYTHING you could possibly need—seriously, no exaggeration. Whether it’s everyday essentials, unique finds, or something you didn’t even realize you needed until you saw it, this store has got you covered. And let’s talk about the prices—so much cheaper than anywhere else! It’s become my go-to place because I know I’m getting the best deals without compromising on variety or quality. A special shout-out to Ali, who is always incredibly kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and he truly makes every visit a pleasant experience. If you haven’t checked out Where 2 Save yet, you’re seriously missing out. Once you step inside, you won’t want to shop anywhere else!

   I occasionally shop from them after 11pm when Tesco's, Sainsbury's are closed, prices are ok not many good deals but previously Cashier were very impolite, i ignored and today went again and asked politely if i can pay for an item with card which was just £1.29, he literally took that item Infront of me put it behind the counter, that was very rude and bad customer service, Owner needs to hire good cashiers. Now from being an occasional buyer i will be never buying. That Costcutter on beehive lane is much better, better prices, don't charge extra under £5 and nice cashiers too.
