   I have been collecting my Amazon parcels here since post covid. The stores opening until late into the evening it’s a great place to pick up your parcel after work and I don’t have to worry about missing the delivery man ever again. The store keepers are very friendly and remember me every time. I could tell they always remember their regulars and take pride of their store.

   The man with the turban in the shop is so rude. He chats to others while he is meant to be scanning QR code for the parcels I’m dropping off . He makes mistakes and then blames you this is the second time he has done this I won’t be going there again . Yodel need to find another place for us locals to drop off and collect our parcels after all we pay for the service . As of today Yodel won’t be getting any service from me until they stop this awful man from treating us like scum is it because we don’t buy anything from his shop? I wonder it’s a mess in there

   This is the first time i selected this shop for collection and my parcel was opened and when i checked. Something expensive was missing from my parcel box. You can't do too much because you need to contact your seller and shop owner will not take any responsibility. If the shop owner is not thief then why he is taking opened delivery parcels from the delivery driver and shop owner confirmed to me that the parcel box was not sealed and it was open from the top and shop owner was trying to explain to me that the delivery driver was thief. It's very clear that shop owner is stealing. As you can see the other reviews. Shop owner is rude. If your box is not damaged then maybe they takes your items and repack again. I already reported to the seller. Please avoid rude thieves. Delivery companies needs to avoid this shop. I already reported to the seller and delivery company. This is my experience and it's very clear if the delivery box was open then no shop owner will take that parcel from the delivery driver. It's going to be shop owner responsibility and you can't steal someone hard work money. Our God is watching everything Our lord never forgets. Karma will happen to you. Just wait

   I went to pickup my amazon parcel today and the owner is absolutely rude and pathetic and doesn't know how to speak with customers. I had 2 separate pickup codes so I went there twice, and he replied saying "I already gave you 2 parcels when you came earlier, why are you coming again and wasting my time".

   I went to drop off a returns parcel and waited in the queue, after I got to the front of the queue the shopkeeper told me to wait and served 2 other people who came after me before processing my request. He was also unclear about where I should leave my parcel and then just said I should leave it in the corner which was not very secure.

   I read the reviews before coming and still decided to give the place a chance. I hardly write reviews but the shopkeeper wasn’t nice and he the started lecturing me on how a certain product was cheaper in his store. Very rude. Don’t recommend. I’m going to another store going forward.

   Extremely rude shopkeeper and extremely poor customer service. I was collecting my collect+ parcel and went in on Sunday asking for it. He insisted it wasn't in store and that I should return. I returned the following day and he was even ruder. When I asked him if there might be another place he may have placed it, he said 'I don't want to waste my time with this'. He preceded to make many more rude remarks in front of my young children, insisting the parcel wasn't there despite it being marked as delivered. 5 minutes later he finds it and didn't even apologise! He even denied being rude. Do not use this shop for collect+!

   A bit upset that the other night the guy serving me told me I was rich when hoping my card would approve. I felt very offended. Especially as he doesn't know my day to day struggles, let alone why I only buy £5.00 cigarettes.

   The person at Ilford wines store is rude rude rude . He is unprofessional and treats collect plus customers as second class. Another customer walked in after bar code on my mobile had been scanned to identify the parcels. He started helping the next customer while I waited and waited and waited. Many other locations nearby for collection. He is definitely not getting my business anymore.
