    I ordered a caramel macchiato but got a cappuccino instead, when I asked them to sort it. They just tipped off the top froth and put a bit of caramel syrup in it. The quantity was less this time but they didn’t bother to fix it. Highly disappointed. Just adding caramel syrup to my wrong coffee, how difficult is it to fix the order?
