   Christmas Collection - Absolute nightmare, prebooked Christmas food to order - all unavailable on collection. Staff didn’t know what was happening, poor communication. Stood outside for 1 1/2 hours no order to be seen. Excuses given that they were short staffed. Other customers disgruntled too. Click and collect late bringing out. Will not use again as surely special order items should be reserved for customers especially as editing of baskets was prohibited once ordered after a certain date. Stick with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose or Tesco in future

   Disgusting customer service. Went to collect a too good to go bag and a lady that worked there refused to give the bag saying they’ve already given the bags for today. How is that possible if I’ve paid for the bag since this afternoon? Tried to say I’ve already got one. Luckily the man refunded me but not before the woman threw stuff around. That lady is a nasty piece of work I wish I got her name.

   Decent store with nice staff - however, 10 minutes over and got a parking ticket.. to do a full food shop especially if with elderly people plus loading car etc isn’t great. Why when they also have a cafe? I don’t know why when every other supermarket is 2-3 hours. Will just drive to Tesco to be on the safe side in future

   A fairly spacious supermarket with good signage, although the till area feels a little like a chicane and can be very busy. The product range is good and prices good especially with the Morrisons More app. Staff seem nice and calm, blending into the background. Good parking, and close to public transport. One of my new favourite places to shop.

   I just want to say a big thank you to an Irish lady working in the restaurant in the store. On Thursday 19th January I had a fall and was unable to get up due to my disability’s she put me at my ease and got two male members of staff to help me up. Also two ladies and a gentleman members of the public who also stayed with me. I had know injury’s just my pride. But a very big thank you to the members of staff and public that help me.

   Sunday PM, very busy but first time I've visited this store. I only popped in for a couple of lunch bits and on a glance it looked pretty well stocked. I was able to get everything I wanted and the fresh breadsticks were still warm
