   One of the worst places that I have visited in a long time. Came to get some item that one of my friends said. The person at till said that the item would be available at 10:00. Waited till 10:45 and asked again. Response wait till 11:30. And in the meantime when I asked another person who clearly works there. Responds that if you need any information then please talk to someone else. Clearly they have no respect for others time. Not sure how they have got all those 5 star ratings. But, it seems like they don't deserve even 1 star with the customer service that they give.

   The worst service ever. The hours are wrongly stated i came at 10pm to pick up a parcel and gave them a call at 9:58pm they already stated the store is closed. On the delivery website it showed they are open until 11:45pm and on google until 10pm. The gentleman on the phone 2min before closing in a extremely rude manner said the store is closed without even letting a guest to finish the sentence and come to the store within a minute to pick up the parcel he just hung up. Also he said the store is opening at 7am no matter online shows 6am. They are clearly dodgy and i will be sending an inspection as it’s not the first time this store is not willing to give the parcels for which it has been chosen to be a drop off. They really need to be shut as this is a wrong doing in all the possible ways.

   Good place to shop Indian and Sri Lankan groceries. Fresh tropical fruits and vegetables are available to buy. Shop need to be bit more lively and helpful otherwise all are good. Lots of spices and dry food to choose from.. they have clay cooking pots as well as metal cookwares. One stop shop for all asian groceries. Prices are very competitive.
