   The old man with glasses and the grey curly hair was awfully rude. I asked him politely for help with scanning the QR code for my package, but he shouted 'why should I help, you're a big girl you can do it yourself'. Well at least, that's what I think he said because his English was terribly poor. Bear in mind, I had asked a couple times because I was confused with the machine. The first time he completely ignored me. And then he decided a suitable response would be to yell instructions to me from across the shop. Finally he decided to come to me, but he was just mocking me instead of actually helping. Learn how to speak to people ! Absolutely mannerless. Don't waste your money on this pathetic, sulky man's shop. It is not my fault you are stuck working in a corner shop. Miss me with your lack of manners and stinking attitude please and thank you. This is not the first time I have seen his attitude problems, but I assumed he was having a bad day and gave him the benefit of the doubt. You are not a hormonal teenage girl, you are an old man. Sort it out !

   Worst experience ever. Do not go here if your parcel has similar dimensions to mine: 560mm x 580mm x 400mm. The staff member refused to accept my parcel, saying he didn’t have space for it — despite it being well within standard limits. I carried a 15 kg parcel to the store, and he didn’t even guide me on what I should do next. He seemed to have no knowledge about EVRi. When I asked how to cancel or refund a drop-off I had already processed online, he couldn’t answer. I also asked about the collection option and whether EVRi would collect from my house if I selected that. His response: “Don’t argue with me, I don’t know.” ( we talk with him politely but still). Very disappointing service no help, no courtesy, and no responsibility taken.

   Always helpful but can't direct all my evri parcels here some only let me use gadget in barkingside or the post office but this shop is only round the corner from me not sure why this shop doesn't come up as an option on evri app

   Guy on tills is absolutely manner less, whenever you go to pick up parcel from him, he got excuses come after that long, today i went to pick up item and told him i have got email from seller and Royal mail that your item is ready for collection but genius in shop is asking me for collection barcode, i told him i got no bar code but collection code, his reply was no go and come back after one hour, he found my parcel but didnt give it to me, than he called his owner and he told this idiot he has to scan item on his till for customer to receive barcode and he was shouting and screaming at me, keeping in mind that not first time he done that to my Mrs few month back same drama and was rude thinking she is woman and she came back home upset because of this idiot.

   Went to drop a Evri parcel to this shop which was less than 120cm. He said he won’t take the parcel as it’s more than 120cm. Now I haven’t been refunded for the parcel payment and I haven’t been able to send it out. Very disappointed in this was a good shop before.

   This is my local conviniance store and sells everything a mini market does but also stocks some surprises such as puncture kit's for bicycles so having to wait for B&Q to open at 10am on a Sunday is now unnecessary. You can always phone the shop first to see whether they have what you want. Every time I have called the phone was answered.
