   The Car Park at the Aquatics Centre in Manchester is generally convenient due to its central location and easy access to nearby facilities. It’s a practical option if you’re visiting the Aquatics Centre or the surrounding area. The car park is reasonably well maintained and clearly signposted, making it straightforward to enter and exit. Spaces are adequate, and payment is simple, although it can feel a bit expensive for longer stays. During busy times it can be difficult to find a space, and the layout can feel slightly tight. Overall, it does the job and is functional and reliable, but there is room for improvement. A decent option if you need nearby parking and don’t mind a few minor drawbacks.

   Have used this car park a few times and is good for location and secure. Last visit payment machine was broken, so after waiting 10 mins for assistance, was told to pay on exit. By the time I'd got car then to the barrier to pay I'd moved into the 4+ hour tariff so £5.50 to £9.00 Despite speaking to the same attendant who couldn't care less ended up needing to pay the £9.00 to exit. No response since I've raised a complaint to the operating company

   Great safe car park for RNCM event. Payment machines don't take cash, or it appears cards. Everyone attempting to use them getting rejections. Long queue to get out of car park due to this.

   I've had an issue this evening when I came to insert my ticket into the pay machines, and the machine didn't compute my payment. A lady using the machine next to mine had the same problem. We tried a few times. I didn't have enough coins to try using the cash coin slot. I called the 0345 number but it wasn't possible to speak to anyone after hours (Sat eve). We had real problems getting out. Now I'm home I have seen Gerry Ho's review, I've followed his actions and created an account and downloaded the app but cant spot where to pay retrospectivly and there is no way to contact the company other than "Live chat" during normal working hours. I'll try on Monday.

   I have used the car park for accessing the open day of the university of Manchester. The environment is clean and good. Unfortunately, I have encountered an issue about the payment. Today (4 Oct 2025), my entry time and exit time was 13:07 and 16:27 (i.e. around 3.5 hours). In the timeslot , I wanted to settle the payment with the paying machines but all was out of service. And, no body helped to settle my payment. But, I could freely exit the car park. I thought this must not be a free-lunch. Therefore, I tried to find their apps and installed it into my mobile and successfully settled the payment. They finally claimed me with 9.15 pounds for the 3.5 hours. This cost was over the car park listed. Therefore, I would like to share my experience at here for you all.

   It's a car park very close to UoM. What more do you want?! Never had a problem feeling unsafe or with anybody hitting my car. Loads of spaces at 8am.

   This a a very well kept public car park. The lifts are clean and the attendant can often be see walking around on duty. Last month I miss placed my phone and when i rang it a kind gentleman answered only to tell me I had left it on the pay machine. He had it in his office waiting for me. When I arrived back the gentleman Patrick was very polite and opened the barrier so I don't have to pay for the car park again. He is a Real treasure, lovely meeting you Patrick. Keep up the good work.

   Pretty decent price with many levels so usually find a space without much hassle. Location is great as your slap bang near everything and the view from the top floor is brilliant if you want a few photographs
