Thief’s every so often an item that I asked to collect went missing. The son and mother were the most unfriendly and nastiest people I ve ever met. Hope they have closed down for the communities sake and been arrested.
I see other reviews about parcel collection problems… Had to try 3 times to collect my parcel. First time they just said to come back later even though they were open, second time they just said “closed” when I walked in, even though the door was open and someone was in the shop and it was during opening hours, third time I got it but literally felt like they were truly disgusted at us for asking to simply hand over the parcel we had paid for. Smile costs nothing! Love to support the local high street but why do you hate your customers lol
This place is good for all your shopping as well as a pick up point for all your parcel so try it . It opens at 11.oclock and closes at 11.oclock pm
I had a package that was delivered there. The carrier had warned me that it had been delivered. The owner told me first it had not. I thought it odd but I left and came back the next day, where he, again said he had not received it. When I said "this is odd, look, I got a text saying it was delivered", the owner called me "aggressive" and "difficult" and said he would never accept packages for my family ever again. This was completely uncalled for as I was very calm and polite, just quite surprised and interrogative, but his behavior was completely uncalled for and extremely weird and unhealthy.
I bought items from next to be collected from there. The shopkeeper send the stuff away before I could collect it is the second time He has done that. I just receive the email on monday to collect and went to collect today he said he doesnt have the items. Ridiculous wont ever use his service again.
