   Really unprofessional, very rude, told me to search for own parcel when i went to pick up, told me i have to look for it as i ordered it to be picked up from the shop. There was over 60 parcels in 2 boxes which i had to search with no help. Then has the audacity to tell me stop blocking other customers from getting pass. I can’t hold 20 parcels. I have never known any pick up point to treat customers so poorly, making them search for their own parcel. Talks so rudely. No customer service skills at all, freshy cheap disgusting behaviour. No manners.

   Most shitty guy is working in this shop ! don’t know how to talk to people! when i went there to collect my parcel, he said to me you are not supposed to collect your parcel from this shop , i showed him every single detail and asked then why i was getting your shop services in shopping website then ! and he knows what he is doing he is getting paid for showing up in services of parcel collection point for customers and on the otherhand telling customers to not collect your parcels from here ! then dude dont put up shop services on websites, sickkkkkkkk people

   So rude.we went to drop off a percel with my children and sisters. they said one percel 3 people .They got ourselves out of the shop.i said can i complain ,they said they donot care about it.so rude agaist women and children.

   Parcel pick up point, the counter people are always so lazy, unprofessional and rude (barely speak english) dont want to get your package, they expect you to rummage through the parcel box to collect, anyone can take anyone's parcels. Don't want to help with anything not to mention shops stinks, it smells so bad and is tiny.

   Convenient for dropping parcels, but produce is usually past it’s sell by date and overpriced. Moreover the staff behind the counter, especially the older men are incredibly rude and treat customers like trash. If it’s not you, then it’s another customer being mistreated.
