   My mum took her guide dog into Aldi and was shouted at by a manager, across the store. As a vulnerable person this is shocking. I think this is outrageous as she was shouted at for taking our guide dog. We have all the paperwork to prove he is a guide dog. This is very poor accessibility and poor for any customers who need assistance.

   Hi customer Bad experience for both stores Seven kings and Newbury park Bought on last Saturday a snow boots That found on first try right foot tight then the left one fault in design that caused bruising to my right ankle Took it to my local store Newbury park to exchange it checking if my size still available then asked if get refunded The were happy to refund it but ask me to do it at the till while I was on call to go to work and had a light shopping made that I can sort out at the self service quickly plenty staff hanging around useless instead of using a new till to make the refund just staying staring at me Note here abscent manager on store to help customers or guide staff Time running have to walk 30 min to get to seven kings store Checked if there is available size Then approach the lady on till to make refund she called her manager Alexandera After while as she thought I'll give up on my request to talk to her in person she comes out to talk to me Showed no sign of flexibility towards customer was like talking to dead piece of wood with pre ready answer I cN't do 5 still repeating it like a automate answer machine She claimed that she can't the refund In resume waisted nearly 2hours in my trip for a normal refund Ignoorence is logo at Aldi care or warm welcome is impossible with such under qualified managers and staff Make up your mind before you buy so later you don't have to run after your money in bureaucracy infinit wheel ...

   Don't remove security labels then embarrass you then say it's fine and then you alarm everywhere you go. SO BASIC but the old what guy in charge is RUDE and doesn't have a clue, neither does security who are "new" and "don't know any names" Asked for items. Ignored. Asked where things are, vague waves in that direction. Awful awful awful and DIRTY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO THE LIDL ACROSS THE ROAD!!!

   The service could potentially enhance its efficiency during school hours, and it appears that self checkouts are not always as efficient. It would be beneficial if the long queues could be maintained those with fewer items, the staff should encourage the use of self checkouts. I agree with some of the comments below, which suggest that the staff may sometimes appear less polite, possibly due to varying personal experiences and circumstances.

   Machine only takes cash - so make sure you gave either £2.20 or £3.50 on change. Ensure you check and record time if arrival, even 5 minutes over time will incur a £60 fine

   Decent size store, however gets very very messy with most items either running out or mixed up with other products. Staff always seem in a rush, and two days ago a staff member rushed out of the back fridge room, almost knocked over me and my 3 year old nephew and carried rushing on without apologising. Not good, he could have really injured a child.

   Aldi is a great place to buy fresh groceries in very reasonable price. 4 star because I sometimes forget to bring coin with me & can't get access to the cart & have to carry basket instead. I wish I could rate it 4.8 to be honest.

   Always my go to for everyday shopping needs. The new refit inside is quite nice and they have a wide range of products, ample parking and local bus and train routes to the retail park make this store a winner. Can easily visit other outlets nearby at any time too.

   This branch was alright, customer service was OK and there was not a large array of products as a lot of them were In bulk. Some Staff were also really friendly. They definitely knew what they were doing and what they were talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. As I said before the array of products is not the best, some of the classics and some twists, and for their prices it's 100% worth it.
