My friends visited Kacha Bazar and Food Bazar, so I went there as well. I bought Shoul fish from the frozen section at Kacha Bazar. It was clearly labeled (BIG LABEL) as a fixed price of £6.99. After leaving the shop, I noticed that I was charged £8.99 at the till, which is £2 more than the advertised price. I have since seen that other customers have raised similar complaints about Food Bazar as well. Food Bazar sells same Shoul fish, same packeting, same weight, same size being sold for £6.99 there too. The shops may claim that prices vary by size, but all the packs are the same size, and the price is marked as fixed, regardless of which one you pick. When will these shops fix this issue? Charging more than the advertised price is misleading and unfair. You should not charge customers more than the price you display.

Massive store and lots of food. Plenty of red uniformed staff to help you to be directed to products you want. There are free toilets for customers and trolleys with £1 refundable upon returning it. Smaller plastic trolleys also available. The tills are big(Sainsburys style with conveyor belt) Lots of parking with no time limit(I was worried as I read 2 hours max online before I came). Customers were served free mango slices near the entrance inside. I keep reading about the savings, but it's at the bottom of the reciept for those who can't spot it. Will definately come back.

"MANGO AND JACKFRUIT store apart of kacha.... Visited today 9.9.25 with my mum. Fresh veg and fruits however customer service needs retraining on meet and greet. Or atleast have people on tills who know how to smile! Would of gave 5 stars but service at till caused 2 stars off. No hello no thank you nothing.

I am a bit surprised with this grocery store. It is really nice and staff are really friendly. The prices are low to average, but variety is great, some products are cheaper if you buy in bulk. Big selection of fruits, vegetables, fresh meat and fish. The store is mainly concentrated on Asian customers, but it worth visiting, as you’ll probably find something you’ll like there also. I really liked the Fish section. I was able to find cod roe, it is rarely for sale anywhere. The variety of fish is huge from fresh to frozen. Huge selection of meat, I could see brain, tongue, heart, liver and many more halal products that not in your regular high street supermarket. I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

A massive Asian/Bengali superstore. Range of products from fresh veg to groceries to fresh meat, a large frozen fish section includes a large size Hilsha fish. The store is in Beckton Retail park, massive free car parking facilities available. Overall Excellent.
