    5 days ago I had ordered chicken , I do trusted them didn’t checked just put in me freezer, today when I opened a whole portion of boneless chicken thighs are missing, this is unacceptable, won’t buy anything from them anymore, just disappointed

    Used to love shopping here but stopped going after the rudeness of the staff in the butcher area. Decided to go back a year later giving this store another chance and again the same level of service and attitude from the butcher at the back. The owner himself was helpful. We never spend less than £200 whenever we shop for our home however the service from the 2 men in the butcher area really leaves a bad taste for me and my family. Such a shame but I don't think I will ever go back again. Sorry I really wanted to give 5 stars because everything really is 5 stars it's just the attitude of staff that is such a BIG let down.
