   Manager accused me of stealing, i am not willing to share when, but it was awful. Everytime i walked in, I was seen by the manager and had eyes on me on every aisle. It’s so disgusting seeing this happen still in 2025. Feels racially motivated. Also the prices are so high it’s almost to the point of the managers ego. Forget this place go anywhere else.

   You have a long queue of people waiting to pay with cash, with card only checkouts left empty. It's just clearly not a good idea to make the self service card only, place need to stop doing this. Also the kiosks are always left attended by only 1 person even when queues are long. Prices in this shop are also too high, you may as well be shopping at Waitrose.. They also have the tendancy to close the shop when it should be in opening hours. It's a shame for the staff because some of them are friendly but the shop is clearly managed very poorly. They've also put locks on all the alcohol fridges due to shoplifting, which is a shame because I used to occasionally buy a drink but now I just don't bother because it's too much hassle.

   This co op's shelves are always empty and if you're expecting a friendly customer service you're at the wrong place I was queuing behind a lady that only was getting a chocolate bar and the hijabi lady scanned it and literally threw it on the counter for the customer in a rude way and then came my turn and I was polite to her but she done same thing to me also lol she threw my sandwich on the counter instead of placing gently infront of me... how are these people employed and others are struggling to find a job.... Wouldn't recommend this co op at any time unless it's the only shop left on earth

   Some of the staff could benefit from attending a finishing school but generally a convenient shop that isn't too expensive. Has an impressive range of beers even though I would doubt many of the local people can buy or drink them.

   Very busy at the time I was in the store. Long queue for the 2 checkouts operating. Staff pleasant enough and good selection of products although a bit more expensive then where I normally shop.
