    I had the worst first experience of any shop I have ever been to. The person called Burdan don't know how to scan products, they charged me 10.78 for the things that were only £8.78 when I questioned Burdan started to argue as he wanted to have a fist fight. I explained him then the lady on the counter stepped in to assist, she got confused as well. I had to take my calculator out and calculate it infront of them as they couldn't get the basic math £2.47+£2+£2.33+£0.99+£0.99=£8.78 they were charging me £10.78 and the guy wanted to fight with me when I told him he was over charging. I will report it to trading standards when I get a chance. The worst customer service. The other customer spoke in my defence then this Burdan guy wanted to fight him as well. Wow disgusting behaviour.

    As a local shop I used to go to EMBAS local most of the time . However, sometimes they are selling low quality products , such as chocolate, like Elite, £5.99 also other goods as well . As local shops we need to support them but think twice about what product you are buying from them. If they don't aware about the products the are selling definitely they will lose the customers and there is no doubt about it.
