   Got accused of stealing LAST FRIDAY just for putting a cold drink in my pocket as I didn't have gloves at the time (limeade can for 59p) (I'm also black and the person that accused me of stealing threatened to get people to beat me up and I'm only 12??). (It felt like he was racially motivated towards black people)

   This shop refused entry to my 12 year old daughter for not having a mask when she wears a sunflower lanyard for a hidden disability! she is exempt BY LAW. what this shop did to my daughter is an OFFENCE under the equality act 2010 and should be fined, i'l advise anyone else to take action if you too have experienced the same treatment.The owner himself has never worn a mask until recent. Now staff harrass everyone not wearing one and even ask for medical proof at the door which is again AN OFFENCE! I will make sure this shop never receives another penny from me (and believe me it's had HUNDREDS of my hard earned money as I usually like to support small buisinesses). I'm so dissapointed how they are willing to treat people now. Disgusting behaviour from staff, unpleasant shopping experience, massive inconvenience and completely ignorant to people's rights and the LAW regarding exemptions. If you know anyone who wears disability exemption lanyard or you work with vunerable clients as I do.. do not waste your time here they need serious educating.
