   I was asking a lady where the ice tea was she didn't know turns out it was out of stock ps-she was very polite and professional. But when I was in the queue she was talking to her colleague if the ice tea was in the back she said no and the colleague said to her 'who drinks fu@king ice tea just make normal tea for fu$k sake'

   The facility to top up your ( Paypoint ) utilities ( Gas /Electricity ) is very erratic as their machine keeps breaking down. Complained to Manager but no improvements. Their staff are very good
