It was absolutely packed with people. I figured going early on a Sunday it wouldn't be so busy but I was wrong. However the registers kept moving very quickly I hardly waited to checkout.

Aldi Dagenham is a excellent supermarket, fruit and veg is always fresh the meat is good quality and store is clean. The tills are quick and staff are friendly. Used Asda for years and it's nowhere near as clean and efficient. Great swap.

This was an absolutely dusgusting shop. It was worse than some staged programme. When we first entered the shop, we realised we have forgotten a coin for a trolley, so we asked the lady stocking some vegetables, "Do you have a token to open a trolley?" The lady said, "No, we don't." In a rather firm manner. It's okay that Aldi doesn't do these type of tokens, however it was surprising because Lidl, Aldi's big rival, does them. The tone was even more shocking, though. Anyway, as we kept walking, we saw dirty floors, litter on the packing shelf, bad availability, severly damaged milk cartons for sale, a water spillage in the sweets section, some yellow liquid under a few shelves, ice in the freezer and puddle formations, which suggests severe temperature fluctuations, which is a severe health risk, and MOULD IN THE FREEZER. This is also a severe health violation, as mould is airbourne. And the mould wasn't just in 1 place; it was in the WHOLE AISLE! Not to mention the smell of pests. When we told the shift manager about it, she said, "I know." How disgraceful is just confirming that your store committed a severe health violation without any embarrassment? Anyway, when we paid, only 1 till was open, which is concerning when there were 5 people waiting to be served, but that till didn't even have a green light to signal that it was open. We will be reporting this shop to the LBBD immediately. I hope this shop can be fixed as quick as possible.

Sometimes a lack of tills when busy and it seems like at busy times is when theu decide to stock shelves too so loads of staff and pallets blocking aisles. Food is ok and a bit cheaper than the other supermarkets beware that middle aisle.though what you save on shopping you will spend on goods in the middle aisle

Friendly staff, but don't like this store.... after the revamp of Aldi not shopping in Aldi as much. Shame they didn't hold on to something that build up the stores to most profitable supermarket...The shop lost its appeal for me...

Not my favourite shop only like to walk in and have a look. As more time the product goes off very quickly. I buy a few times and I cash out in the self service. This little indian gal asking and trying to embarass me if I pay for my thing. I get really argry and tell her DONOT speak to me. I just put her in her place there amd them. Im not a cashier I dont know how to cancel item im not sure what she extra.

Brilliant customer service at this aldi, I remember going one time and the lady at the counter could see that this little girl likes tills and retail stuff so she let her scan a few items, It was lovely to see People being kind and keeping great community support.

This store is newly opened, it is very large inside & has a large number of car park spaces & SOME of the staff are friendly but unfortunately that is where the good points end. The store is not fully stocked with as much range of products as other stores, some of the staff aren't very helpful & do not seem to have much in the way of Customer Service Skills. That's a shame because it's a local store but I would rather travel that little bit further to another store where I have never had any issues.

Amazing place to shop. Goods are well layered and tagged. Prices are fairly OK and shelves are well spaced for easy navigation. It doesn't attract trendy shoppers and that makes cashing points less crowded. Besides lots of tellers are available to ease customers flow. Free Wi-Fi available for customers is incredible and helps a lot. Staff members are friendly and helpful.
