   The website is easy to use and it has everything you need for cooking oriental food. After placing the order for over £110, didn’t realise the order was taking a week to arrive then rang the customer service, the lady is super friendly and heard I was going to make roasted duck this week and she said will arrange delivery for me this week! This is the first time that I received such a good service from oriental supermarket in the UK and I’ll definitely come back to buy more!!!!

   Very good customer service with speedy delivery. Friendly response and good variety of products. Look forward to having more HK and Asian products and more promotion please. One more if the packaging charge for frozen would be lower or waived that certainly encourage me to get more frozen items into basket. Currently I usually give them up as the extra cost is too much to me.

   Really amazing customer service, so highly recommend WaNaHong. I ordered a few items, and they arrived next day. They had a question about one of the items and gave me responsive support... good customer service really makes a difference. They had great stock too, some rare items hard to find in the UK.
