1. Moderately Concerned ★☆☆☆☆

   Went on Sunday 14th December 2024. The mincemeat I was sold was soggy, really soft, would barley join together - certainly not fit for human consumption. They sold me really old meat, way past its sell by date, minced it and sold it as fresh. What disgusting people, I will be reporting to the council to investigate the meat at this place. Avoid unless you like old meat not fit for dogs.

   I’m really disappointed with the return experience at ALL I Bhavan Watford. I purchased a product and tried to return it almost immediately after buying—literally right after getting the bill—but the staff refused to accept it. There was no flexibility, no willingness to listen, and no clear explanation that made sense from a customer point of view. It feels very unfair, especially when the product was unused and returned straight away. This kind of rigid return policy makes the shopping experience very stressful, and honestly, it’s enough to make me think twice before buying anything from here again. Better customer service and clearer return guidelines would make a huge difference.

   Quite a let down in veggies section. Sub standard items sold that ate rotten or near rotten, stale or gone bad. We bought patra leaves and all 3 times they look nice wrapped up ina roll. When opened, this is what they are.

   I moved to the store area. And was very happy to see the store at first. But in few visit I noticed that customer service at the main Till is Zero few members you can tell. and Manager is -0. They held me on till for 20 minuits for refund £1.50 for charging me extra for Pooja Flowers day before. as I always buy things in bulk paying £90 or more each visit. They actually checked CCTV. But now I stopped going to This store. I started going east london for batter/fresh product and less price. I do go there only for emergency shoping.

   I’m disappointed to learn that this establishment is unable to abide by disability legislation and actively prevented a visually impaired shopper, with his working guide dog, from entering the premises. You can have all varieties of product on the shelves, but failing to cater to ALL people within the protected characteristics list means you are not fit for purpose. Do better. Inclusivity matters.

   Very unfair price, everything is very expensive. Bought baby cucumbers and the label was £1.79 per kg. At counter the lady charged 49 p for one baby cucumber. I told there is a ticket of £1.79 and the staff confirmed after checking the ticket. I bought all small cucumbers and I bet superstore sells 7 to 8 baby cucumbers in one packet for £1. Maggie noodles is 49 p each. At lewisham Sri Lankan store they sell 4 for a pound.

   I normally go here every Thursday for lunch. And the other businesses in the area don’t have the value for money, quality and the convenience this place has. I’m never tired of the Dal Vada and the Mutton Rolls. The staff member at the warm food stand is always so polite, never had negative experience here. The only complaint I can think of is the mutton rolls have increased in price by 10p decently, but they are so good I don’t mind paying.

   The grocery section is packed with required items for Indian family. One of the butcher is very very rude. I found him to be not polite, showing strong gestures, which is not welcoming. The shark fish that I bought smells very strong. I believe they should have added a strong chemical to preserve it. Please smell fish before you buy

   Excellent variety of Indian groceries, ready to eat food. Fresh fruits and vegetables with a small rear car park. Also, can get the parking cost reimbursed if you park in "The Broadway" mall. Of course, when you buy above a certain threshold.

   Very interesting supermarket with an extremely wide range of foods, spices etc - things I'd never seen before and at reasonable prices. We got some things to try from the hot food counter - the woman serving us was very nice and the food, whilst a bit spicy for us, was good to try. The car park at the back is very small with I think only 2 spaces but tell the person on the tills if you park there, as I did, and they write your car registration in a book they keep to avoid a fine.
