   They only have broken bits of chocolate in the bars and they have really bad service. Absolutely horrible. One line was packed so I went to the other register considering there was a man there I asked is him can I pay here, he would not answer me, like he was staring at me and the other colleague gave looks. Why have two registers when you only use one.

   Went in recently when shop keeper and one his colleagues or pals or family were screaming shouting about something shop keeper is some new young guy he doesn’t know how to speak to people with respect speaks to them with arrogant tone talking down to them one day if he Carries on doing this their might be trouble with one of the customer snaps at him just person who works their needs to go on course on people skills on how to speak to customers and not be unprofessional shoutout with his friends or family

   One guy on a Sunday said I couldn’t send my Evri/Hermes parcel and lied to me saying if he tried it would signal his boss. He said only after 10am he can do it. Then my neighbour went there 8:30am and was able to send it. I don’t appreciate being lied to and experiencing poor service. If you don’t want to do it just say so then to lie about it!

   In this shop there is a tall Indian guy who is very rude and unkind to all the shoppers mostly ppl who are there to drop off parcel. If he does not want ppl to drop off parcel then he should stop this service. I would never go back to this shop. Definitely don't go to this shop if you want to keep your self respect.

   Very rude tall Indian man served me today as I was trying to drop off my hermes parcel. I could not move on the other side of the counter to put parcel straight into his hand as I had to watch over kids so he start being very unkind and rude and threw my package on the floor with all the force. Shame on you rude man! I took my parcel from there as I was worried it will not reach the courier if I leave it there. The poorest service possible!!!

   If I could give 0 I would. I had an awful service today. Looks like the review on the website are fake. I was served by two very rude guys. I queued up to collect my parcels to be ask to move to the side in a very rude and aggressive way so that they would serve other customers. After letting few people pass I asked why cannot I be serve as I was a customer too and queued to collect my parcels. I was told you are not our customer and then ignore every time I ask questions until I challenged them. The second guy came jump in to the conversation to be even more rude than the first one. Firstly to be told only two parcels was there then after insisting they came with the third one. I have been treated in a way beyond understanding and unfairly without reason. I believe my head scarf could be the reason as I initially kept quiet so that they probably thought they could treat me in any way. I won't stop to fight for my right to be treated equally as it was not the case today. I will do everything in my power to make sure these people are exposed and these kind of injustice do not repeat.
