It's great to find a local pharmacy offering private covid vaccination. They have a newer variant vaccine than offered on the NHS. My husband and I went in October and found the pharmacist Asam very professional, friendly and patient. I'm going back with my mum to get her vaccination.
I’ve been to this pharmacy twice now; first for my children's first chickenpox vaccine and today for their second dose. Both times, the service has been excellent. The pharmacist is patient, and very helpful with any questions. When my 3yo had a tantrum, he gently stepped in to explain everything to him, allowing us to come back later once he had calmed down. Both children left vaccinated and it all felt v supportive and not rushed. I have already recommended this pharmacy to my friends locally and will definitely be back if I needed anything else. We had such a brilliant experience here. My wife, my 5‑year‑old, and I all felt completely at ease thanks to the pharmacist, who was honestly one of the nicest people we’ve met in healthcare. He managed to fit us in for travel vaccinations at very short notice after our GP let us down, and he handled everything calmly. What really stood out was how he treated our little one—he took the time to explain things gently, kept him calm, and made the whole process stress‑free. He also double‑checked possible issues that would affect our compatability with the meningitis vaccine and gave us clear advice, which reassured me that he genuinely cares about his patients. The practice itself felt calm and welcoming, and the whole appointment was smooth from start to finish. Even though it was a private booking, he went above and beyond. We left feeling grateful and impressed.
One of the few places I could find for Yellow fever vaccination and also to arrange my malaria prophylaxis for travel. Asam at the pharmacy was extremely professional and thorough. Booking was straightforward and the full process was smooth. Would highly recommend.
Last minute decision to get the rabies vaccine. Shopped around, for convenience and ease of transport. Filled in the online form and followed through with an appointment. The consultation itself was very straightforward and covered all of the questions that I had. The vaccine itself was painless, booster follow up in seven days. The pharmacist was easy to talk to and gave full explanations of the process. Would certainly recommend.
