   Picking up parcels here is terrible from the man in the store. He is rude, short tempered, and dismissive. He is so disorganised I sort of understand his frustration. However, if he is going to take responsibility for people's parcels, he should organise and develop a culture of trust when it comes to the mail. I am very disappointed with the service, and I have not received my parcel even though it is logged as being there for 2 days. The woman that is sometimes in the store is helpful and takes time to find your parcel. He did not, you are like an inconvenience to him.

   Awful shop, grubby as anything, old man is grubbier and clearly despises the people that are the source of his income. It’s rare to go in there and not come out either short changed or short of what you bought, have been had multiple times with winning lottery tickets and have been given half empty packets of lemsip. Would never spend a penny in there again given the opportunity, there is a far nicer shop with cheaper prices and a broader scope of good only a couple of minutes down the road.

   Dirty and grotty inside. Women that work there are helpful but old man obviously can't stand people. Just for reference wearing your mask around your turban doesn't really count as wearing a mask...
