Popped in Earlier, asked if they had anymore Stella. He went out the back, none out there. He said they were expecting a delivery today. We thanked him, and carried on shopping. 5 minutes later, he brought us another box of Stella. Didn’t get his name but he was dressed all in black, and a striking moustache. He went above and beyond to help us. Thank you very much

Tara, the Click and Collect Manager, went above and beyond to help me find a wipes i needed. She personally searched through stock until we located it. Excellent service and genuine dedication thank you, Tara!

Good location and store is well stocked. Had a lovely flat white and sandwich at the cafe for a good price but I was a bit confused on whether hot drinks are ordered through the touchscreen. Free refills are generous. Toilets are generally ok. wish the self service machines were a bit more reliable when printing receipts so I can claim my cashback if I'm buying something offered through apps such as Shopmium. Self service tills have cash options too which is good.

I’ve been shopping at this Morrisons for a number of years, and sadly, I’ve noticed that the standard of customer service has been declining. In particular, there’s a lady with curly hair and glasses who often works around the self-checkout area. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed her being unnecessarily rude or dismissive towards customers, often when people are simply asking for help or making a straightforward request. Her attitude often comes across as passive-aggressive, and she has a habit of backchatting or responding in a way that feels unprofessional and condescending. It seems that when the store is busy or stressful, she really struggles to manage the pressure and ends up taking that frustration out on customers instead. I completely understand that working in retail can be challenging, especially during busy periods or when dealing with difficult customers, but that’s part of being in a customer-facing role. Everyone has off days, but consistent poor attitude isn’t acceptable, especially from someone representing the store. If she’s unable to handle the stress that comes with the job, then she either needs better support and training from management or should reconsider working in such a customer-facing position. It’s disappointing to see this behaviour from staff, as it really brings down the experience for paying customers and gives a bad impression of the store overall. I hope management can look into this and take steps to improve the situation, because aside from this issue, this Morrisons has always been one of my preferred places to shop.

Just been to shop and used the self serve checkout. When placing what I had paid for into my bag a rude assistant asked me for my receipt which I didn’t have as I chose the no receipt option. She criticised me for not choosing a receipt very rudely and said that I shouldn’t have started to pack my bags until she could see me. I showed what I had paid on my phone that corresponded with the items and suggested her to look at the data in the till I had used to check against my items. When I proved her wrong NO apologies. NEVER have I felt like I was being accused of stealing before. Poorly trained staff with a definite attitude problem. Disgusting behaviour. Front facing staff?? I suggest a job in the back office would be better suited.

This is a good store. Lots of choice, great parking and near other useful locations.

I have always found the Morrisons stores better laid out and organised to do my regular shopping than ASDA and Tesco. Morrisons self-service checkouts are far more shopper friendly by my personal experience.

Morrison's food is freshly prepared and is perfect for cooking. You don't need to worry about it being mouldy or bad, I can guarantee it is high quality. Sometimes products are a bit overpriced but I'm alright with that. Overall, is a great grocery store!
